She graduated from EssexUniversitywith a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Management and Accounting and then she completed a Master’s Degree in Training and Human Resource Management where she looked at how the use of NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP), as a set of learning procedures, enhance human effectiveness in organizations.
Her academic background and her 5 year working experience through training consultancy has given her extensive experience to develop the capacity to be aware of the organizational clime and culture, to focus on the essential problems and concerns of organizations, to develop training needs assessments, to define general and specific objectives and propose the best possible training and coaching solutions for enhancing human performance.
Her great interest in the multiple ways of learning, her fascination on the human abilities and the power of the mind have inspired her to help individuals discover and develop their capabilities and enhance their performance in every aspect of life.
As a Certified NLP Practitioner and Accelerated Learning Trainer, she specializes in teaching students and adults how to develop their learning capabilities, their reading skills,how to become motivated and effective, how to set clear goals and materialize them, how to increase their communication skills, how to overcome limiting beliefs and constrains by creating emotional stability in their behaviour and actions and the flexibility to adapt to new situations.
Her training sessions are characterized by their humor, joyful activities and practical examples drawn from her personal experience. Her positive energy truly inspires her students and with her high level of emotional intelligence she gives emotional meaning to knowledge by activating the reserved capacities of her students’ minds.
She has been involved in European Projects in cooperation with the CyprusAcademy of Public Administration and she is a member of the Cyprus Human Resource Management Association (CyHRMA).
